2 packet of digestive buiscuit
80 gm of unsalted melted butter
1 cup heavy cream
350 gm Chocolate spread
Dark melted Chocolate
10 inch spring form pan
How to make the base of cake:
Take biscuits in a blender and powder them.
Add the melted butter and mix until well combined.
Tip into a 10 inch springform cake tin and press down firmly into the base. Refrigerate it while you make the filling.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Put chocolate spread and ½ of the whipped cream in another bowl. Beat both the mixture together till they are fully incorporated. Chocolate mixture is ready.
Spread the reserved ½ of the whipped cream on top of the crushed biscuits base and smooth with a spatula.
Spread the chocolate mixture on top of the whipped cream layer and smooth with a spatula.
For Garnishing: Spread some melted dark chocolate on top with the help of fork.
Refrigerate for 6 hrs or even overnite to set.
Cut and serve Chill.
