Paneer (cottage cheese)
Red chilli powder
1. In a bowl, mix boiled potatoes, paneer, cilantro, onion, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala.
2. Mix everything until it gets uniform. Make small balls out of the mixture and coat rice flour on the balls.
3. Dip the coated balls in egg and finally coat them with bread crumbs.
4. Deep fry them and serve hot.
